Cancellations & Reschedules

We understand the need for flexibility in our clients busy schedules and how valuable their time is. We ask, that you do the same for us.  To ensure appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a rebooking fee.

Late Policy

Please let us know asap if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule/reduce your scheduled time. Our clients are scheduled back to back, which means if we start just one client late, every client after that will be seen late. Sometimes We can catch up, sometimes we can’t. We completely understand that life happens, but if this is a recurring issue, a late fee may be added to your appointment cost.

No Shows

Unfortunately, when stylists don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, they end up with a gap in their schedule that they lose money on. If an appointment is "no-showed",  you could face a fee up to 100% of the cost of services missed, before the you are able to reschedule. 

Redo Policy

If you are unhappy with your services, We ask that you let us know within 1 week. We need to know or we can’t do anything about it. We always try  to make our clients happy and when someone isn’t, we will do our best to make the situation better. That being said, not achieving desired final results in one session, when we have discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions, does not constitute a "re-do.
